Welche Voraussetzungen & Anforderungen muss ich für Hotel-Kommunikationsfachmann/-frau EFZ erfüllen?
Für die Lehre als Hotel-Kommunikationsfachmann/-frau EFZ helfen dir folgende Voraussetzungen und Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene obligatorische Schule (Sekundarstufe I), je nach Betrieb oft Sekundarschule oder gute Leistungen in der Realschule
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fremdsprachenflair, vor allem Englisch; weitere Sprachen sind ein Vorteil
- Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und serviceorientiertes Denken
- Gepflegtes Auftreten und gute Umgangsformen
- Organisationstalent und zuverlässige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
