Patientinnen und Patienten pflegen, begleiten und beraten
Pflegebedarf erfassen, Pflege planen, durchfuehren und dokumentieren
Vitalzeichen kontrollieren und Gesundheitszustand beobachten
Medikamente richten und verabreichen nach aerztlicher Anordnung
Bei Untersuchungen, Behandlungen und Therapien mitwirken
Angehoerige anleiten und in die Pflege einbeziehen
Mit Aerztinnen/Aerzten und dem interprofessionellen Team zusammenarbeiten

Welche Voraussetzungen & Anforderungen muss ich für Pflegefachmann/-frau HF erfüllen?

Diese Voraussetzungen helfen dir fuer die Ausbildung als Pflegefachmann/-frau HF:

Schulisch: Abschluss der Sekundarstufe II (z.B. EFZ mit oder ohne BM, Fachmaturitaet, gymnasiale Maturitaet) oder gleichwertiger Abschluss; je nach Schule Eignungsabklaerung
Interesse an Medizin, Gesundheit und Pflege
Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und Einfuehlungsvermoegen
Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlaessigkeit
Psychische und physische Belastbarkeit (Schichtarbeit, anspruchsvolle Situationen)
Sorgfaeltige Arbeitsweise und gute Beobachtungsgabe
Teamfaehigkeit und klare Kommunikation

Was für Aus- und Weiterbildungen kann ich nach der Lehre als Pflegefachmann/-frau HF machen?

Nach dem Abschluss als Pflegefachmann/-frau HF kannst du dich so weiterbilden:

Berufspruefung (BP): z.B. Fachfrau/Fachmann Langzeitpflege und -betreuung mit eidg. Fachausweis
Hoehere Fachpruefung (HFP): z.B. Expertin/Experte in Pflege und Betreuung mit eidg. Diplom (je nach Angebot)
CAS/DAS/MAS an Fachhochschulen oder Universitaeten, z.B. in Onkologie-, Notfall-, Intensiv- oder Anesthesiepflege (oft in Zusammenarbeit mit Praxis)
Fachhochschule (FH): Bachelor of Science in Pflege (mit entsprechender Zulassung, evtl. Passerelle)
Weiterbildungen in Pflegeexpertise, Praxisausbildung (Berufsbildner/in), Case Management, Wundmanagement, Palliative Care oder Führung
