- Patient:innen pflegen, beobachten und im Alltag unterstützen
- Pflegebedarf erheben, Pflege planen, umsetzen und dokumentieren
- Medizinische Massnahmen nach ärztlicher Anordnung durchführen (z.B. Medikamente verabreichen, Verbände wechseln)
- Vitalzeichen messen und Veränderungen frühzeitig erkennen
- Patient:innen und Angehörige beraten, anleiten und informieren
- Mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und dem interprofessionellen Team zusammenarbeiten
- Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards einhalten
Welche Voraussetzungen & Anforderungen muss ich für Dipl. Pflegefachmann/-frau HF erfüllen?
Für die Ausbildung zur Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF solltest du diese Voraussetzungen mitbringen:
- Abschluss der Sekundarstufe II (z.B. EFZ, Fachmittelschule/FMS oder gymnasiale Maturität) oder gleichwertige Vorbildung
- Gute Leistungen in Deutsch sowie Interesse an Biologie und Gesundheitsfragen
- Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
- Psychische Stabilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten (Schicht-/Wochenenddienste)
- Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
