Für die Lehre als Veranstaltungsfachmann/-frau EFZ sind diese Voraussetzungen und Anforderungen wichtig:
- Abgeschlossene obligatorische Schule (je nach Betrieb meist Sekundarstufe A oder gute Leistungen in Sek B)
- Organisationstalent und Freude am Planen und Koordinieren
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten im Kontakt mit Kundschaft und Partnern
- Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität (unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten, Abend- und Wochenendarbeit)
- Teamfähigkeit und gleichzeitig selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch und weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
