Ja. «Logistiker/in EBA» ist die zweijährige berufliche Grundbildung (EBA) im Berufsfeld Logistik; die drei- bzw. vierjährige EFZ-Variante heisst «Logistiker/in EFZ».
Was macht man als Logistiker/in EBA?
Als Logistiker/in EBA arbeitest du in Lager, Verteilzentrum oder Betrieb und sorgst dafür, dass Waren richtig ankommen, gelagert und verschickt werden.
- Waren annehmen, kontrollieren und im System erfassen
- Waren auspacken, sortieren, etikettieren und einlagern
- Bestellungen zusammenstellen (Kommissionieren) und verpacken
- Sendungen für den Versand vorbereiten und verladen
- Einfachere Transporte im Betrieb ausführen (z.B. mit Rollwagen oder Handhubwagen; je nach Betrieb auch mit Flurförderfahrzeugen)
- Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit im Lager einhalten

Diese Voraussetzungen und Anforderungen helfen dir in der Lehre als Logistiker/in EBA:
- Schule: Abschluss der obligatorischen Schule (Anforderungen je nach Betrieb; häufig Sekundarstufe A/B)
- Interesse an Warenfluss, Lager und praktischer Arbeit
- Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Freude an Bewegung
- Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikation
- Grundkenntnisse in Mathematik und Deutsch für Mengen, Listen und einfache Dokumente
- Bereitschaft, Sicherheitsregeln strikt einzuhalten

Nach der Lehre als Logistiker/in EBA kannst du dich so weiterbilden:
- Zusatzlehre/Anschluss: Logistiker/in EFZ (Verkürzung möglich je nach Vorbildung/Leistungen)
- Berufsprüfung (BP): z.B. Logistikfachmann/-frau mit eidg. Fachausweis
- Höhere Fachprüfung (HFP): z.B. dipl. Logistikleiter/in
- Höhere Fachschule (HF): z.B. dipl. Betriebswirtschafter/in HF oder dipl. Techniker/in HF (je nach Ausrichtung)
