- Passagiere betreuen und informieren sowie Tickets kontrollieren/verkaufen (je nach Betrieb)
- Bei An- und Ablegemanövern mithelfen und das Schiff für den Betrieb vorbereiten
- Sicherheitsaufgaben übernehmen (z.B. Rettungsmittel kontrollieren, Notfallabläufe umsetzen)
- Reinigungs- und Unterhaltsarbeiten an Bord und an Deck ausführen
- Einfachere technische Kontrollen und Wartungsarbeiten unterstützen (z.B. Maschinenraum, Anlagen)
- Güter laden, sichern und entladen (je nach Einsatzgebiet)
