Als Industriekeramiker/in EFZ stellst du keramische Produkte industriell her und überwachst den Herstellungsprozess.
- Rohstoffe (z.B. Tone, Kaoline, Feldspat) prüfen, abwiegen, mischen und aufbereiten
- Massen und Schlicker herstellen und für die Weiterverarbeitung bereitstellen
- Keramikartikel formen (z.B. Pressen, Giessen, Extrudieren) und Werkzeuge/Formen einsetzen
- Teile trocknen, glasieren, dekorieren und für den Brand vorbereiten
- Öfen und Brennprozesse bedienen, Brennkurven überwachen und dokumentieren
- Qualitätskontrollen durchführen (Masse, Oberfläche, Festigkeit), Fehler analysieren und Prozesse optimieren
- Anlagen reinigen, warten und bei Störungen mithelfen, diese zu beheben
- Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften (Staub, Hitze, Chemikalien) einhalten
