Als Formenbauer/in EFZ stellst du Formen und Werkzeuge her, mit denen Kunststoff- oder Metallteile produziert werden.
- Formen und Werkzeuge nach Zeichnungen und CAD-Daten planen und konstruieren
- Werkstücke an CNC-Maschinen fräsen, drehen, schleifen oder erodieren
- Formeinsätze, Schieber, Auswerfer und weitere Bauteile herstellen und montieren
- Formen zusammenbauen, anpassen und feinjustieren
- Formen in Betrieb nehmen, Probeteile herstellen und Fehler analysieren
- Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Formen und Werkzeugen ausführen
- Qualitätskontrollen durchführen und Messmittel einsetzen
